If you have not registered for this event we hope that you will join us November 7-9 for the Fall Unitreat in Ingleside, IL

WHAT IS A UNITREAT?
A weekend retreat for Uniteens providing an opportunity to grow spiritually, socialize, & build new and meaningful friendships. Activities include large and small group Funshops, team building, crafts, free-time sports, singing, meditation, dancing, prayer, fun and fellowship.

WHO CAN ATTEND?
Great Lakes Uniteens and their adult leaders/chaperones.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Uniteens must be at least 11 years old AND in at least the 6th grade but not more than the 8th grade on the 1st day of The Unitreat.

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT
Uniteens must have attended at least 3 Sundays in the 2 months preceding registration.
All participants must be able to honor heart agreements, function in a group setting and MUST attend the entire weekend from check-in on Friday thru Closing Ceremony on Sunday. Youth with special challenges requiring close, personal adult supervision should be accompanied by a parent or familiar adult who is not responsible for the rest of the group.

ADULT LEADERSHIP

• Each group must provide a minimum of two adult leaders/chaperones with a ratio of 1:12
  (i.e. 2 adults for the first 12 Uniteens, and 1 additional adult for each 12 Uniteens thereafter.)
• For the safety of our youth and in compliance with the guidelines of our Association of Unity Churches,
  a background check must be held on file at the church for all adults attending regional and national events.
• Coed groups are REQUIRED to provide coed leadership/chaperones
• Drivers for each group must be at least 25 years old with a current license and good driving record.
• Seat belts must be provided for & used by ALL occupants of cars & vans

WHAT DOES IT COST?
Postmarked BY March 4th - $105.00/person
Postmarked AFTER March 4th - $115.00/person

REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS CLOSED. ALL OPENINGS HAVE BEEN FILLED. Please join us November 7-9 for the Great Lakes Fall Unitreat. Event details will be posted in July.
All registrations must be POSTMARKED BY March 25, 2008
No refunds after 3/25/08. No substitutions after 4/22/08. Fee includes T-shirt, all program materials, housing & five meals. Meals begin with Friday dinner and end with Sunday breakfast

HOW DO WE REGISTER?
All registrations must be submitted as a group and accompanied by the forms listed on the group registration form and one church check for the total amount due. Please send all registrations together to:
