2007 Spring Unitreat Group Picture
(Printing With Two Halves Instructions)

Whenever taking a picture of a large group of people that are only a few rows deep, as we did at this year’s Unitreat, the picture obviously comes out very wide. As a result the people become very small. The smaller the print size, the smaller the people will appear.

In an attempt to remedy this problem I offer you all a creative solution. The solution that I am offering is to split the picture into two halves and joining the two halves. When you split a picture in half and print each half on the same size paper as the original, the people become twice as large. (See diagram below)

Each photo has some overlap at the center (but each is aligned precisely the same vertically). You can join them in two ways;

1) Let them overlap to create one picture and tape the two together (front and/or back) or,

2) Trim each picture at precisely the middle point (where the two come together perfectly) and tape them in back. That’s up to you. Have fun!

The photos have already been split for you on the download page. To try this method, go back to the download page and download the Left & Right photo for the size you wish to print.
